Join the Crusade Against HSUS and Pass It Forward!—–>
I don’t watch that much TV and I never saw this 20/20 show before….but here it is, in case you didn’t see it either………this is the type of seizure that $HSUS$ loves to be involved in, only they like to use helicopters as well, and they don’t just SEIZE the dogs, they KILL them if they have warrants and claim they are for fighting.

Eventually I am looking forward to defending one of these illegal seizures and making sure justice is done. since justice doesn’t appear to be done very often in this country these days, with HSUS and crazy extremists pushing their way around everything!
PS Everyone–please consider protesting AGAINST South Lake Tahoe’s plan to try and tell a pet store it can’t sell any animals from commercial breeders by drafting a law late this year.(see post on this site, the enemy has landed)…. It seems to be ok for anyone else to sell or get out a commercial bred dog, but not a pet store.
Does anyone else see a problem there besides me? Good— because I can guarantee that if that law or ordinance passed, it would quickly spread.
While HSUS might not actually condone it yet, they would definitely like to pass a law with similar features, which is why they have helped draft numerous provisions around the country. With full legal staff, they have time+money to do probably hundreds of bills if they thought they could pass all of them.

Great job. They have had a very bad fall when they came knocking on the doors of Pit bull breeders this go around. Judges STRONGLY disagreed with HSUS in AZ LA and GA the breeder in GA was lucky enough to have his dogs order returned but the HSUS wanted them mircochipped the judge refused! which leads you to wonder? how do they get these warrants?

HSUS is the best thing that has happened to this country. Anyone who is upset about hsus is an animal abuser. Just treating an animal like furniture must make you feel real good. O yes! your a big person.

Dave @verizon.com, So sorry to see you are not smart enough to see through the whitewash. How you people come to believe that animals are treated like furniture indicates you may need psych counseling. But you were a big brave guy or gal to write in. Bye.

hsus is a cult. If they told their followers to take poison who knows what they would do. I am really concerned with the way people do not stand on their own and need so many regulations. Like ken and barbie dolls, dress me, feed me, tell what i can have and do blah blah blah. I refuse to be treated like a 2 year old. I will not be free in name only and have my rights taken away one by one because of ignorance. I will not allow the person who holds the money in one hand hold the power to enslave with the other. Live and let live isnt that part of what makes us great. I want my garden of eden too and that includes animals!

Oh, yes, of course, the obligatory rhetoric by an AR activist plant. I’ve seen that on every significantly important email list or blog for many years, now.
Say, would anyone like to be strip searched and probably video’d in that condition by some sick law enforcement creeps? If your home kennel is raided, you may get to share this experience, as I did!
I thought I was disappointed in cops, after this experience, but you should have seen the more mature and responsible ones looking at their shoes in shame. They’ve got a LOT to be ashamed about, if they lie in court and frame up people of good intent and repute.
Our criminal justice system is sick.. really sick! I heard it said years ago, and the guy didn’t explain.. just shook his head. But, I never forgot what he said and just filed it away until I had to see for myself what he was talking about. The legislatures around the US must be really sick, too, that a big greedy fundraising / lobbying front organization can succeed in destroying little people just by waving money in politicians’ faces.
I’m in California. I grew up here. WONDERFUL state, destroyed by greed, and not by the manufacturers, who have all left. It’s the phoney non-profits, the public employees’ unions and their lobbyists and such who’ve done it, and maybe their stuff will have to crash and burn, along with everyone else’s. So be it, then! Maybe some of the carpetbaggers and charlatans will move on to other states to share the joy!

“Color of law” A note to the all the so-called legalize dog nappers operating in the USA under the law enforcement of the SPCA
The law states that anyone acting under color of law, who is acting against the law, is not protected by their association with the law. They are then criminals, no different from any other criminal, and can be treated as such. Dogs are property of their owners in all 50 states, and are protected by the 4TH amendment.
It’s just too bad that most Americans like myself, didn’t know the laws enough for sure, when the Chief law enforcement officer bent my arm back far enough to surrender my dogs. They scare you with intimidating acts, and then tell you that there will be no charges brought against you if you surrender your dogs. (Which turns out to be all lies). They try to lay heavy fines, knowing that the SPCA will collect half of what they charge. They tell you to say nothing when you get up in front of the judge, and just ask for a payment plan.
This to me seems like a real conflict of interest and shouldn’t be allowed by a private 501C3 organization that the law enforcement part of, is made up of lawless citizen that are beholden to nobody. They break the law by just stepping foot on people’s property without a warrant(in my case)and almost never have a warrant when they act their evil plan to disturb , disrupt, and take away your dogs with theft by deception.
I can only guess the hands that were in the cookies jar when this whole SPCA thing started in New Jersey back in the 1800’s to protect farm animals, as in horses and cows. How did it grow to be the abusive agency that they are today? It must have been a real free for all before they were made to share their pots of gold with the local municipality.
These raids on our dogs are of a terrorist nature, and they could possibly be charged for the taking of our animals under the federal law known as the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA) that was updated, in 2006. The first case was fought in California recently, and the four people being charge were all found guilty. For me it is too late, my stolen dogs were all sold in three weeks, to the highest bidder before I even had my day in court. Now I will lawyer up to fight these abusive cop wannabes.

I knew when the Chief law enforcement for the Monmouth County SPCA raided me, and made me turn my dogs over to him with strong arm tactics on July 23, 2009, that there was a motive behind his madness,…I could feel it, that HSUS was behind him all the way. I was right, and I wonder how much this man is being paid from HSUS to go after breeders such as myself. He is only doing this to toy dog breeders in NJ that I know of.
