“Crimes against Nature” at State Fair, claim AR Groups

State Fair Crimes Alleged   Of course there are no crimes–but that’s what the Ad says………..

and make sure to see the test right below, to see if you can I.D. which is an AR crime?

According to these groups:

Oakland/East Bay SPCA, SPCA of Monterey County, Peninsula Humane Society, Marin Humane Society, Ohlone Humane Society, Humane Society Silicon Valley, Humane Farming association, In Defense of Animals, animal Place, P.E.A.C.E., Animal Legal Defense Fund, Sacramento SPCA and other individuals,

..”the 2014 California State Fair plans to allow vendors to give away goldfish as “prizes”- a reported 15,000 of these unfortunate creatures at the 2013 State Fair, there’s still time to stop the mayhem.”  According to the AR groups, “many fish will suffocate in those tiny plastic bags, be illegally dumped into local waters, or simply flushed down the toilet, treated as mere “expendables.”

The AR propaganda continued: “A terrible message to send to impressionable young children.”

All we can say is, these groups likely raised some $$$$ factory funds to mount this opposition.  While there may be laws that prohibit awarding poultry and rabbits (as prizes)– because the ARs PASSED such laws themselves, they basically want to outlaw the awarding of any animal whatsoever as a prize.

When we UNDERSTAND that ARs do not believe that animals should even be SOLD or bred (breeding) at all, nor used in movies or entertainment, does it not fit their pattern of propaganda to say that no animal should be sold because it will then be expendable?  Through logic alone, that argument could be made. And they make it indeed.

According to the ARs which of these photos below depict a crime (because it is not for the animal) but because

it’s an animal used by a human or humans?

POLICE DOG

yes, this is a crime because used by a police person and dog is expendable since it can get killed

guarddog_img_6

yes, this is a crime because used to guard other animals FOR humans, and dogs can get killed (flock guardians do have a fairly high incidence of being killed or dying, that has been determined, but it is not illegal)

yes, this is a crime because the bird is now endangered and about to become extinct here

slide_331742_3349030_free

yes, this is a crime because the horse is no longer running or walking plus it can’t pass the purported Henneke BSC test used by the ARs… if the human is hurt, there is no crime of course………
